Before coming to India the Portuguese people used Almond powder, Egg and Icing Sugar to make Macaroon.

Step one : Segregate the white of egg and stir it well and good till bubble like thing appears.

Step two : Put some Cashew particles and ice sugar on the mix and keep on stirring untill the mix becomes like a paste.

Step three : Get the paste like things by cones and lay them with the actual macaroon shape ( cone shape ) in a tray.

Step four : Keep it in microwave oven.
